The merchant and these terms

The merchant is DRESS UP LEEDS LTD. The company number and address published on this website identify the business. That address is the company record we have supplied. It is not a statement that a showroom is open or that you can collect goods without an arrangement.

These terms cover use of the website and the order-request process. If we later agree a sale with you, that agreement and the laws of England and Wales govern the sale, together with any rights that cannot be waived. If a term in a later written confirmation conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the legal right prevails.

The order-request model

You choose UK size and quantity, review the basket, and send your contact and delivery details. The server checks the selection against the published catalogue. It does not trust a price typed by the browser.

A reference on the thank-you page means the request was stored. It is not a payment receipt, a dispatch note, or a promise that the item is available. Availability, final specification, delivery cost, tax, and the way to pay are agreed separately before an order proceeds.

• Browsing and adding an item does not create an order
• Submitting the form asks us to review the selection
• A contract is formed only when we confirm that we accept the order on stated terms
• Until that confirmation, either of us may ask to change or stop the request

The catalogue and prices

The catalogue presents five dress silhouettes and five blouse constructions, with GBP product prices and requested UK sizes. The subtotal in the basket is the sum of those product prices multiplied by quantity.

Shipping and VAT or other applicable tax are not included in that subtotal unless a later message says so in figures. We do not advertise a free-shipping threshold, a promotional code, or a price guarantee on this website. If a displayed price is obviously wrong, we may correct it before accepting an order and we will tell you before you are committed.

Product information and images

Photographs show the intended outline on an adult model. They are not a colour standard, a size chart, or evidence of stock.

A UK size on the product page is the size you are asking us to check. It is not confirmation that the size is in stock or that the garment will match a measurement you have not sent. Compare a garment you already like. Styling pieces shown beside the named item are not included unless we confirm them. Original fashion images illustrate a silhouette. They do not prove fibre, lining, stretch, exact colour, or care.

If a measurement, material, colour, or fit detail will decide the purchase, ask us to confirm it for the actual item before you agree to go ahead. A button that lets you send a request is not a stock promise.

What you agree to provide

Give a name, an email, and a telephone number we can use, and a delivery address with the full street address, town or city, and postcode. Check the product name, the selected option, and the quantity before you submit.

Do not send card numbers, impersonate another person, or use the form for content that is abusive or unrelated to a purchase. If you spot a mistake after submission, write to us with the reference. Sending the form again does not cancel the earlier request.

Acceptable use of the website

You may use the site to read product information and to send a genuine request. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe non-public files, or submit automated requests that are not real enquiries.

Product text and images are provided so you can consider a purchase. You may not copy them for your own shop or remove credits and present them as yours.

If something goes wrong with the site

We try to keep the pages available and the descriptions accurate. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for a loss caused only by a temporary failure of the website, a browser setting, or a network outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the laws of England and Wales do not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Product-use notes on each page are part of how you should judge whether an item is appropriate.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on mandatory protections of the country where you live, and those protections are not reduced by this sentence.

Changes

We may update these terms when the storefront changes. The date on this page shows the current version. Last updated 12 October 2026.

A change applies to requests sent after it is published. A request already accepted stays on the terms and the catalogue details that were in effect when it was stored, unless we agree a change with you.
